Open CMD as Administer  and Type flowing command....


>Mongod.exe --install --logpath c:\data\logs.log --logappend --bind_ip 127.0.0.1 --dbpath c:\data\db --directoryperdb

after execution type..

>net Start Mongodb

>Mongo.exe
